  • What happens when I call you?
    We will arrange a convenient video appointment, for you to discuss your requirements.
  • Do I sign a contract?
    We provide you with an agreement signed by us, detailing our obligation to you the client. You sign to indicate that you have read and accept our terms and conditions of business.
  • What happens if I move to a new house?
    Time to Clean can transfer our service to another address in the Sheffield area.
  • Do I have to stay at home when the cleaner visits?
    No, the cleaners are all very stringently vetted and experienced so that you can leave them to clean alone in your home.
  • Will Time to Clean be able to provide me with a temporary cleaner if my regular cleaner is ill or on holiday?
    Yes, Time to Clean will always contact you to arrange temporary cover should your regular cleaner let us know they are unable to come to you for any reason.
  • Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want cleaning at the weekend?
    No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning products?
    Yes, for hygiene reasons our cleaners do not carry their own cleaning products or equipment. Most of our clients prefer to choose the products used in their homes.
  • Is there a minimum length of time per clean?
    Yes, we do ask for a minimum of 3 hours per visit, in order to justify the cleaner's travelling costs.
  • How are the cleaners vetted?
    We have a fantastic team of cleaners who are personally interviewed, their references taken up and they are given individual training in our own homes.
  • Can I change my cleaner if I am not satisfied?
    If you are not happy with your cleaner, we are always available to help with any questions and concerns. Should it be required we will find a replacement cleaner.
